Who is Rachel?
Driven by my personal struggles with food, I developed a deep interest in nutrition and wellness, which led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science, ultimately becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). I have gained extensive experience working in acute care facilities such as Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA and Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, NY, focusing on patients with cancer, diabetes, renal, and heart diseases. My clinical interests are complemented by a passion for weight management, sports nutrition, and personalized nutrition therapy.
I strive to support clients in fostering healthy relationships with food and themselves in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Together, we will navigate your journey toward improved health, celebrating each step along the way.
